Students did you know that today we are celebrating a national observance day to honor Martin Luther King. His struggle for equality brought racism out and placed it before the world. His no-violence policy that man should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964. He was assassinated in 1968
